The Inter-House Chess Tournament held on 10th July at Holy Cross Academy was a remarkable display of intellect, strategy, and sportsmanship. Students from both the Primary and Secondary sections participated with great enthusiasm, showcasing their ability to think critically, plan ahead, and stay composed under pressure. The competition witnessed intense matches as players navigated the chessboard with focus and determination. In the Primary Girls category, Eqra Pathan (Crimson House) secured the 1st position, while Anas Shaikh (Shamrock House) led the Primary Boys. Lynn Correia and Kabeer Sapla, from Azure and Shamrock House respectively, emerged victorious in the Secondary Girls and Boys categories. The event was a true celebration of mental discipline and healthy competition. Congratulations to all the winners and participants for making the tournament a grand success.
